MindMove Counselling

I am an experienced counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice at all times.

I have also undertaken additional training in Mental Health, Couples and Relationship Counselling, self-harm and bereavement. I regularly attend courses and workshops to ensure my skills and knowledge remain up to date.

My experience is varied and includes working for a charity offering counselling as part of their services and counselling11-18 year olds, in a High School setting.

I have spent a number of years supporting staff from an educational background with personal and work related issues.

I run my own Private Practice where I provide counselling for clients struggling with distressing situations often resulting from difficult life events, relationships and circumstances.

My background prior to counselling is varied but much of this time was spent communicating and supporting others. The skills and knowledge I  have acquired in supporting others, have been of huge benefit in my counselling practice.
